Welcome to the launch of my first blog. I have been thinking about doing this for awhile now and have always found a reason to put it off. I originally wanted to start a blog to document my journey as I returned to college while looking for a new job and raising my infant daughter. It would also be a way of dusting off my general writing skills. Needless to say life tended to get in the way and I find myself with an associate degree, a few certifications, a new job, and a daughter who has become more self sufficient.
I have started motd # while continuing my education towards a bachelor's degree. I will post things I have worked on, information about technology that interests me, and anything related to the network security field. I hope that the information is as useful to others as it is to me.
